TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you register with The Bookshop website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
The contract between us
Any contract for purchases made through The Bookshop website will be with Alicia Duggan (ESX7002261A) whose registered address is Centro Comercial La Colonia Local 21, San Pedro de Alcantara, Malaga 29670, España
The Bookshop must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Payment of the advertised price will be taken at the point of order. Charging your payment method does not mean that an order has been accepted by The Bookshop. Once payment has been processed, The Bookshop will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The email will include your name, the order number and the total price charged. The Bookshop acceptance of your order (which will happen when The Bookshop dispatches your order) brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
The Bookshop will not process any orders in the case of errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods (including the advertised price of the goods) appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and reserve the right to cancel your order.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
LIABILITY
This is as follows:
1.If the goods The Bookshop delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, The Bookshop shall have no liability to you unless you notify The Bookshop in writing at The Bookshop contact address of the problem within ten working days of the delivery of goods in question.
2.If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, The Bookshop shall have no liability to you unless you notify The Bookshop in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you using our online contact form or by emailing us at [email protected],
3.If you notify a problem to The Bookshop under this condition, The Bookshop only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment, unless such method is no longer valid in which case The Bookshop e-coupons will be issued to the value of the refund due.
4.The Bookshop will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to The Bookshop under this condition and The Bookshop shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
5.Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit The Bookshop liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
Force Majeure
The Bookshop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which The Bookshop excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Complaints

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so via our Contact Us page or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the number of the order you wish to cancel. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.RETURNS
The Bookshop informs you that you have the right of return, provided that the products purchased are not in the categories listed in Article 45 of the Retail Trade Management Law, which will be exercised in accordance with the following conditions.
The Bookshop will accept all returns made within the indicated period (15 working days from receipt of the product) providing the product is in perfect condition. Once the product has been received, The Bookshop will check its condition before proceeding to refund the amount. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
In the event that you receive a book in poor condition, you can return it and The Bookshop will, at The Bookshop’s discretion, either replace the faulty/damaged book or reimburse you for the entire amount (price of the book and shipping costs), limiting, in any case, The Bookshop's liability to said replacement.
Returns or claims can be made using the online Contact Us page or email [email protected] .
It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us via the Contact Us page form or email [email protected] giving details of your order.
