  • All orders in which all products ordered are in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. If your order contains out of stock items, your order will be sent when all products are available. If you would prefer to receive products as they become available please contact us using the online contact form or email [email protected] as this will incur extra delivery charges.

  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email with tracking details, the following are normal times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri). 

Spain  2-7 business days

Europe  4-14 business days

Order cancellation and returns

Can I cancel and return my order?

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so by using the online contact form or email [email protected]  with the number of the order you wish to cancel. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.


The Bookshop informs you that you have the right of return products purchased online, provided that the products purchased are not in the categories listed in Article 45 of the Retail Trade Management Law, which will be exercised in accordance with the following conditions.

The Bookshop will accept all returns of books purchased online made within the indicated period (15 working days from receipt of the product) providing the product is in perfect condition. Once the product has been received, The Bookshop will check its condition before proceeding to refund the amount. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.

In the event that you receive a book in poor condition, you can return it and The Bookshop will, at The Bookshop’s discretion, either replace the faulty/damaged book or reimburse you for the entire amount (price of the book and shipping costs), limiting, in any case, The Bookshop's liability to said replacement.

Returns or claims can be made using the online contact form or email [email protected] .

It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us via the online contact form or email [email protected] giving details of your order.
